Association "Commonwealth of organizations managing apartment buildings of the Republic of Tatarstan" summed up the results of the work

A general meeting of the self-regulatory organization Association "Commonwealth of Organizations managing Apartment buildings of the Republic of Tatarstan" was held today. The event was held at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was attended by: First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov, Deputy Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Shaidullin, as well as invited heads and representatives of executive committees of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of management organizations, heads of specialized educational institutions and students.

The meeting was led by the Chairman of the Association Council, Marat Gubeev. The General Director of the Association Nazif Fatyikhov made a report on the work done in 2021 and the tasks for 2022. He noted that the housing and communal services sector of the republic continues to develop steadily. One of the main tasks is to train professional specialists in the field of housing and communal services. "In 2021, the Association continued its work on the republican long-term program for training, retraining and advanced training of personnel in the field of housing and communal services. During the implementation of this program for 10 years, in 2012-2021, 26,691 specialists have trained and improved their qualifications," he said.

Alexey Frolov in his speech noted the high level of collection of payments. "The collection rate of payments is 99%. Tatarstan is one of the leaders in this direction in the country," he stressed. According to him, a digital management system is actively developing in the republic, which allows each resident to receive information as quickly as possible.

Deputy Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Shaidullin, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Union of Municipal Enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan Nina Kashcheeva, Director of the Institute of Architecture and Design of KGASU Anna Romanova and Director of the Kazan College of Construction, Architecture and Urban Economy Zhamil Bakayev also spoke during the meeting.

At the end of the meeting, the results of the republican competition for the best management organization by the end of 2021 were summed up. The management companies that won prizes were awarded diplomas and cups. The diploma and diploma for the first place in the All-Russian industry award was awarded to the Domservice Group of Companies. In addition, the badge "Honorary Worker of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan" for a great contribution to the development of housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan and joint fruitful cooperation with the professional community of management companies was awarded to the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov, Deputy Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Shaidullin, Director of LLC "Vilyu" (Naberezhnye Chelny Canoes) Lyudmila Utkina.
