The plant of large panel housing construction "Kazan DSK" has modernized the workshop for the production of precast concrete products, thanks to which the output increased by 30%, to 130 thousand cubic meters per year, the director of the enterprise Andrey Nekrasov said during a press tour of the production.
"The old equipment was completely demolished and three new production lines were installed. The production technology has completely changed and we began to produce those products that we could not before. In general, the capacity has increased by 30% and now we produce 130 thousand cubic meters per year," Nekrasov said.
He added that the modernization of production not only increased the volume of output, but also allowed to reduce the cost of production by about 5%. Nekrasov noted that of the 12 new installations, 10 were purchased from domestic manufacturers.
The company received funds for the modernization of the enterprise in the form of a preferential loan under the federal-regional program "Labor Productivity". The total amount of financing amounted to 94.6 million rubles. Of these, 22.4 million rubles were provided by the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the remaining 52.2 million rubles were provided by the Federal Industrial Development Fund.
