As part of the Architects.rf program, an online course "City and Citizens: How to Establish a Dialogue with Residents" was released, which is devoted to the effective interaction of architects, developers and authorities with citizens in the projects for the development of the urban environment. The course consists of two blocks: theoretical and practical. Each topic is accompanied by a methodological checklist, which you can rely on in your work. The theoretical block pays attention to research methods and tells why to involve citizens in the development of the city, through what channels can be used to inform about the design process, how to find a connection between photos on Instagram and the attitude of residents to urban spaces. In the practical block, architects, government officials and activists share successful cases and engagement strategies using the examples of Kazan, Almetyevsk, Troitsk, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Karabash, Sysert and other cities. Experts talk about why moderators of urban conflicts are needed, how the views of residents on urban problems in direct communication are changing, how the creation of a city chat and local media can help, how and why to involve children and adolescents in the project. The online course will be useful for architects, city officials, developers, urbanists, activists who are looking for the right ways to cooperate around a big cause. In the Republic of Tatarstan this year, 42 feldsher-obstetric stations, 4 medical outpatient clinics, 1 office of a general practitioner are to be built. Work on this program at the initial stage. Such data were presented today at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov. According to Aleksey Frolov, today contractors are building 17  feldsher-obstetric stations in the area of ​​health care. Execution on them is 2%, execution of work on outpatient clinics - 3%. 8 out of 9 multi-purpose sports grounds planned for this year are under construction. The scope of work is closed by 13%. In addition, the construction of 4 indoor football arenas with a frame tent covering and an administrative building has begun (Almetyevsky, Bugulminsky, Zainsky, Chistopolsky districts). So far, the volume of work performed here does not exceed 7%. Thus, in total, within the framework of the program for the construction of sports facilities, 15 structures should be built. As for national projects, facilities are being built or reconstructed within the framework of 11 federal programs. Equipment is being supplied to the school for 1.5 thousand places, which is being built according to the federal project "Housing". Under the federal project "Housing" and "Promotion of Women's Employment" 16 kindergartens are being built across the republic. Completion of work is 36%. A sports hall is being built in the city of Kukmor under the federal project "Sport is the Norm of Life". The scope of work is 63.05% closed. Today, out of 2 million 670 thousand square meters of housing, the plan has been fulfilled by almost 40%.

The event was timed to coincide with the Year of Science and Technology announced in Russia and the 100th anniversary of the construction industry in Tatarstan.

Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin told about the implementation of republican programs for capital repairs of social objects and buildings of subordinate institutions today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. A major renovation program for the Agriculture and Food Administration buildings. Out of 13 objects, only 3 remain in operation. Plan fulfillment here is 96%. Overhaul program for institutions subordinate to the Veterinary Directorate. 10 objects are ready, work continues on two. Major overhaul program for municipal archives. In total, it includes 213 objects: 53 kindergartens, 148 general education and 12 correctional schools. Major repairs have been completed in two secondary schools. At 19, it still continues. Reconstruction of one correctional school has been completed. At another work is completed on 54% . Out of the 27 facilities for the overhaul of kindergartens, three facilities have been completed. 21 kindergartens are being actively renovated. The program of capital repairs of sports facilities includes 10 facilities. Works on 8 of them are completed on 45% . Under the program "Providing the population with drinking water" 127 objects are to be repaired. In 2021, all 45 municipalities are participating in its implementation. 28 municipalities have started work.

In Yelabuga, solemn events dedicated to the 76th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War were held. The event was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. Together with the head of the Yelabuga municipal district Rustem Nuriyev, they visited an installation dedicated to the wartime organized on the festive site, examined an exhibition of cars of participants in the municipal competition "Towards Victory". In addition, Marat Aizatullin took part in the action "From Heart to Heart" and, together with the front propaganda brigade, congratulated the veterans. “May 9 is forever inscribed in the history of our Motherland and all mankind as the day of liberation from the Nazi threat. Life, freedom, independence of our beloved country ... We owe all this to the heroes who fought on the fronts of the Great Patriotic War, and to millions of home front workers. From the bottom of my heart, I wish our veterans prosperity and longevity, and all Tatarstan citizens - happiness, health, success in work and study!” - he noted.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, problem objects of shared construction are among the 164 multi-apartment residential buildings that are to be commissioned this year through commercial residential development. The construction of these facilities is now being actively carried out in the republic. The total area of ​​these houses is 1 million 265 thousand square meters. The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin announced this at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. To date, 59 multi-apartment residential buildings have been built (with an area of ​​309 thousand square meters, which is 24% of the plan). The state of readiness of another 105 houses is as follows: 46 houses are in a high state of readiness; the degree of readiness of 37 houses is characterized as medium (30% -70%); less than a third of 22 houses are ready (0% -30%). According to the social mortgage program, 161 houses with 280 thousand square meters are to be leased. At the same time, 39 houses with 1,384 apartments have been built (27% of the plan). Another 75 houses (with an area of ​​71.3 thousand square meters) are in a high degree of readiness. On the line of individual housing construction, it is necessary to commission 8,330 houses. Here, the annual plan has been more than half fulfilled: 4,721 houses have been commissioned (57% of the plan). In total, therefore, in 2021, 2 million 670 thousand square meters of housing should be built. In general, the plan was fulfilled by 38.3% (1,022.2 thousand square meters). This is 112% compared to last year).

In honor of the 76th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, solemn thematic events are planned in the Republic. Until June 22, 2021, you can take part in the annual all-Russian action "Red Carnation". To do this, you need to purchase paper or metal badges "Red Carnation" from volunteers, in partner chain stores, on Internet resources in order to raise funds for medical assistance to veterans of the Great Patriotic War. The commissioned apartment buildings, which were previously long-term construction, were visited today in Kazan by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin and President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. Thus, the first was multi-apartment residential buildings on Zur Uram street (houses of the residential complex "MChS"). As of today, the residential building "MChS" No. 2 has been commissioned (these are 522 apartments, as well as storage rooms, parking lots). The completion of construction was carried out under the federal program to support equity holders within the framework of agreements concluded with the Fund for the Protection of the Rights of Citizens - Participants in Shared Construction. The construction was financed both from the funds of the Republic of Tatarstan and from the federal budget. Then Marat Khusnullin and Rustam Minnikhanov examined an apartment building at 57 Dostoevskogo Street (contracted by the "BRIZ" group of companies). This facility in Kazan is one of the oldest long-term construction projects in the republic. Construction work is carried out by the contracting organization "Sadaka" (part of the group of companies "BRIZ"). Financing of work to complete the construction of a residential building on Dostoevsky street is carried out both at the expense of the Republic of Tatarstan and from the federal budget. In a multi-storey building on Dostoevsky street, Rustam Minnikhanov and Marat Khusnullin also examined the apartments and assessed the quality of construction. This facility will be commissioned shortly.

45,888 Tatarstan residents have already taken part in the voting on the choice of courtyards and public spaces for improvement in 2022. Voting started on April 26 on the Tatarstan State Services Portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru and in the RT Services mobile application. For the first four days of voting, Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Bugulminsky, Nizhnekamsky, Almetyevsky districts of Tatarstan entered the top 5 most active municipalities. The public spaces that received the most votes in each district will be landscaped according to the federal program "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment", and when choosing courtyards in municipalities, the activity of residents and the number of people living in adjacent apartment buildings will be taken into account. Voting for amenities in 2022 will last for exactly one month - until May 30. Each user can take part in the voting only once.
