Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev took part in the opening ceremony of the regional championship "Young Professionals" (WorldSkills Russia), held on the basis of the Kazan Construction College. On the territory of this educational institution will be competitions in two competencies - "Architectural stone processing" and "Landscape design (Juniors)". Having greeted the audience, the representative of the Ministry of Construction noted that the importance of the profession of a landscape designer in the modern world can hardly be overestimated. The qualitative transformation of squares, parks, embankments and central streets depends on their work. It is a kind of art for creating a unique and functional area at the same time. “I want to emphasize that the potential of this event is enormous. The most important thing is that the guys will be able to gain invaluable experience that will be useful to them in the future. It is necessary to create a comfortable and at the same time beautiful, aesthetically expressive, comfortable, ennobling environment. Any projects related to landscaping should serve not only for practical use but at the same time express the spiritual side of life." During his visit, the Deputy Minister also inspected the competition grounds. He noted the high level of preparation of the college for the championship and wished all the participants an exciting struggle and bright victories.

A new kindergarten for 220 children, built in the Sovetsky district of Kazan, received a positive opinion from the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan (Gosstroynadzor of the Republic of Tatarstan) on the compliance of the constructed, reconstructed capital construction facility with the requirements of design documentation, including the requirements for energy efficiency and the requirements for equipment of the capital construction facility metering devices used energy resources. The kindergarten was built thanks to the national project "Demography". The building meets all the latest requirements of educational institutions. The building is designed for 12 groups. On the ground floor of the kindergarten there are group cells for toddlers, a catering unit, and a medical office. The second floor houses a music hall, group cells for middle-aged and older children, and administrative offices. On the street, playgrounds with shady canopies were installed, playgrounds with small architectural forms were equipped, bushes were planted, and a lawn was arranged.

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov paid a working trip to Innopolis, where he got acquainted with the construction progress of a number of city objects. On the territory of the special zone, it is planned to build three local treatment facilities. The catchment area is 157.9 hectares. Each local treatment plant includes supply networks, an accumulating reinforced concrete tank with a pumping group, reversing chambers, etc. The President of Tatarstan was informed that today more than 30 workers and 12 units of equipment are involved in the facility. Completion of construction is scheduled for mid-2021. Rustam Minnikhanov also visited the under-construction Technopark named after N.I. Lobachevsky. The facility is designed for 1.5 thousand workplaces. Completion of construction work is scheduled for the end of this year. On the territory of the technopark, with a total area of ​​30 thousand square meters, there will be offices, administrative and utility rooms and recreation areas. Today, negotiations are underway on the use of the infrastructure of the new technopark. The proposals of a number of companies are being considered.

Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the implementation of the republican programs for overhaul and modernization of engineering systems at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. Alexey Frolov said that this year Tatarstan is implementing 31 programs for overhaul and modernization of engineering systems, including overhaul programs for social and cultural facilities, apartment buildings. By December 15, it is planned to complete the program of an overhaul of educational buildings and hostels. Of the three objects included in the program, work continues on one. The warm toilets renovation program will end on December 25th. The physical work is 95% complete. 41 objects remained in the works. 245 objects were commissioned. Within the framework of the overhaul program for healthcare facilities, 7 facilities were repaired. One is still in work. In the sector "Youth Policy", only the program of an overhaul of teenage clubs remains in operation. Until December 20, the remaining two of the 16 objects provided for in the program passport must be completed. Two industry programs have been completed. Alexey Frolov also reported on the implementation of the program for the overhaul of apartment buildings. This year, taking into account the adjustment, the program includes 1 thousand 63 residential buildings. According to the State Housing Inspectorate, work has been completed in 1007 houses, the department has accepted 979 objects.

The results of the 7th International Professional Competition NOPRIZ ("National Association of Surveyors and Designers") for the best project - 2020 were summed up in Moscow. As part of the creation of a comfortable urban environment, the program includes 62 objects, of which 36 have already been commissioned. Work at 25 sites is at the final stage. In addition, work is being carried out at 3 sites - winners of the Small Towns Competition. One object was commissioned within the framework of this direction - the city of Mamadysh. In the "Culture" branch, it was planned to build 12 rural clubs. In conclusion, Marat Aizatullin reported on the situation with labor protection in construction. Since the beginning of the year, 2,337 inspections have been carried out by the Main Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan at the facilities constructing under state programs. 566 violations were revealed, 529 of them were eliminated. Specialists of the Inspectorate of Gosstroynadzor during this period conducted 1,227 inspections. The total amount of fines under 128 regulations amounted to 5 million 538 thousand rubles. Another 1 thousand 521 organizations - members of the SRO were checked by self-regulatory organizations.

The house was built for participants in the social mortgage program, employees of enterprises, young families and orphans. The State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan has completed the construction of a 340-apartment residential building in the "Salavat Kupere" microdistrict. It was built thanks to the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”. The house has 17 residential floors, two entrances, the total living area of ​​the apartments is about 15 thousand square meters. All apartments are fully finished, equipped with plumbing fixtures, electric stoves, fire alarm sensors, water and electricity meters, heat regulators and an automatic remote data reading system. In total, this year the State Housing Fund invests in the construction of 130 houses in cities and regions of the republic for 4.9 thousand apartments with a total area of ​​273.6 thousand square meters. In Russia, since 2019, the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" has been implemented, developed on the basis of the "May decrees" of Russian President Vladimir Putin. One of the tasks of the national project is to increase the volume of housing construction to at least 120 million square meters per year.

More than 1000 participants will compete in 143 WorldSkills Russia and 95 WorldSkills Russia Juniors. The winners of the regional stage of the competition will take part in the Final of the Young Professionals National Championship (WorldSkills Russia).

At the XXVIII International Architectural Festival "Zodchestvo 2020", held on November 11-13 in Moscow (Gostiny Dvor Exhibition Complex), the projects of the Republic of Tatarstan were awarded the highest award - a gold sign in the category "Urban Environment and Complex Urban Projects" of the "Regions of Russia" competition. The festival was organized by the Union of Architects of Russia. The theme of the festival is “Eternity”, focused on finding and identifying modern trends in architecture and urban planning. The competition "Regions of Russia" was held with the aim of identifying the best examples of architectural and urban planning policies and practices in the regions and cities of Russia, new approaches to creating a living environment, activating and developing urban planning activities in Russia, popularizing architectural practices, original concepts, innovative solutions in urban planning and a systemic increase in the level of the living environment. The exposition of Tatarstan at the exhibition was timed to coincide with the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Tatarstan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic under the title “Architecture of Tatarstan through the century”.
