Today in the State Council was held a seminar for deputies and assistants to deputies on the topic: "Working with citizens' appeals in the housing sector." Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services Ildus Nasyrov and Executive Director of the Regional Center for Public Control in the Housing and Communal Services Dmitry Romanov answered the questions of the parliamentarians. In his report, Ildus Nasyrov spoke in detail about the housing and communal services system in Tatarstan. “This is a huge branch of the republic, in which work more than 30 thousand 120 people, operate 1391 organizations,” - he noted. Traditionally, the republic occupies a leading position among the regions of Russia in terms of collection of funds from the population for housing and communal services - more than 98%, this year, the collection has decreased by 1.5% due to the coronavirus pandemic." The largest number of requests on housing and communal services comes from Kazan (electricity and gas supply, centralized heat supply, territory security, intercom, cleaning of entrances). According to Ildus Nasyrov, the number of complaints about utility services from citizens living in the Vysokogorsky and Verkhneuslonsky regions has increased.
The meeting was attended by the Minister of Transport Yevgeny Dietrich, representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the heads of regions. The meeting was held in intercom mode. Opening the meeting, Marat Khusnullin recalled that at the last meeting of the Presidium of the State Council, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted the importance of housing for the development of the country and stressed that at least 5 million families should improve their living conditions annually, and the volume of housing construction should be up to 120 million sq. m per year. Marat Khusnullin reminded the meeting participants about the current measures to support and develop the construction industry. This is compensation by the state of the interest rate for contractor companies that take out a loan from banks under a state contract for construction this year (subject to the limits being brought up next year). This support measure is valid both in the construction of civilian facilities and in road construction.
