In the following year the Republic plans to build 104 universal athletic fields and 12 modular ski bases. In Tatarstan for the construction of universal sports grounds and modular ski bases by 2019 provides 427 million rubles. This was announced today at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Kudryashev. “We are completing all the programs. At the same time, we are preparing a program for the next year. Today, the program for the construction of universal sports grounds and modular ski bases has almost been formed with a total funding of 427 million rubles,” - said the speaker. According to him, the next year’s program included the construction of 104 universal sports grounds and 12 modular ski bases. He added that in the republic from 2013 to 2017, 791 universal sports grounds and 11 modular ski bases were built. The total funding amounted to 1 billion 879 million rubles.
Since the beginning of the year, 63 rental houses in Alkeyevskiy, Apastovsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Sabinsky and Menzelinsky districts have been built in Tatarstan. The total area is 6.8 thousand square meters. By the end of the year, 119 houses totally 21 thousand square meters will be commissioned. This year, 182 residential houses for 545 apartments with an area of 28.7 thousand square meters will be put into operation in the republic. 3 houses for 365 apartments among them in the second phase of rental housing in Innopolis. The rental housing program has been implemented in Tatarstan since 2010. In eight years, 102 rental houses for 2177 apartments were built in the republic. All rental houses are equipped with necessary furniture and appliances for a comfortable stay.
In the village of Kulaevo, Pestrechinsky District, a cattle-breeding complex was opened after an overhaul repairing. Overhaul of barns here was carried out in 2006, the newspaper “Vpered” writes. Repairs began with the dismantling of the roof. Roofs are covered with a double-layer corrugated coating. In the summer, the silo-hay trenches were thoroughly repaired, instead of two large ones, was made four small ones. The builders installed new modern stalls with new water installations and milk lines. They also changed the infrastructure, water and energy supply, now LED energy-saving moisture and dust resistant lights are burning in the barns. The ventilation system is also modern: installed plastic windows with vents, that give a possibility to ventilate buildings at any time.
The solemn event dedicated to the upcoming celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League was held in the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by representatives of the young generation of the Ministry and the deputy ministers Ildus Nasyrov and Yury Alashev who had passed the "school" of the Komsomol. As noted by the Deputy Minister, the youth of several generations in our country is inextricably linked with Komsomol. In the history there are no other examples of the youth movement, which over the years of its existence would have covered more than 160 million people and could boast of real achievements. Komsomol became a school of great human life. All the best that people acquired in the Komsomol years are still in demand today.
On October 20, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses and social and cultural facilities in Tatarstan.
Faizullin continued that as of October 18, as many as 80 per cent of multi-apartment houses, included into the capital repair programme, have been overhauled in Tatarstan.
Capital repair of pre-school educational institutions is underway. As many as 20 kindergartens of 94 planned are being overhauled. The major repair of the schools has been fully completed.
The capital repair of recourse centres (colleges) is under way in the republic. As many as nine facilities have been overhauled and the repair of two facilities is coming to the end.
The overhaul of 10 cultural facilities is underway. The work at 32 facilities has been completed.
The major repair of 12 social facilities and three buildings of youth centres is being finalized.
The implementation of capital repair programme of outpatient centres is underway.
As many as 114 outpatient centres to be overhauled in 2018. The Minister said that 25 facilities have been overhauled and the work at 85 facilities is being continued. The programme has been fulfilled at 76.3 per cent.
Frolov also reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of facilities of agriculture.
On October 18-19, 2018, the information-Advisory group on legal aid carried out of the Almetyevsk district of Tatarstan Republic. The event was attended by the specialist of the Legal Department of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services L. A. Akhmetzyanova.

In the Yutazinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, construction and installation work on the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings has been completed. This was reported by the Specialist of the Infrastructure Development Department of the Executive Committee of the Yutazinsky Municipal District, Rustam Mansurov. In order to implement the long-term overhaul program in 2018, 16 apartment buildings were repaired in the Yutazinsky district of the republic. All houses are located in the village Urusu. The total amount of funding in the district was 24 million rubles. As part of the overhaul repairing of the houses, we have completed work on the insulation and repair of facades and roofs. Also, the repair of house engineering systems of water disposal and cold water supply was carried out. According to Rustam Mansurov, to date, a list of apartment buildings has been formed for inclusion in the regional overhaul program for 2019.
This year, 28 multifunctional clubs are planned to open in the republic, 22 of them have already been commissioned. Since the beginning of the year, 22 new rural clubs have been opened in the regions of Tatarstan as part of the republican program. Another six clubs will open in the villages until the end of December. The total investment in the framework of the program for 2018 exceeds 267.7 million rubles, the Tatar-inform news agency reported in the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan. “The construction of multifunctional cultural centers is carried out on the basis of model projects with a capacity of 50, 100, 200 and 300 places with a library, a first-aid and obstetric center. The projects were drawn up taking into account the requirements of fire safety and the creation of an accessible environment,” - the ministry noted. From the beginning of the program implementation in 2012 to 2017 inclusive, in Tatarstan, 257 rural clubs were built and put into operation with a total amount of funding from the republican budget of 2.6 billion rubles.
During the first 9 months of 2018, the Bugulma Zonal Housing Inspectorate received 632 appeals from citizens of Aznakaevsky, Bugulma, Bavlinsky, Leninogorsk and Yutazinsky municipal districts on 668 issues of unsatisfactory housing stock and poor quality of housing and communal services, including the main topics: quality of provision housing services - 19; quality of public utilities - 105; the content of common property - 256; utility fees - 146; overhaul repairing- 44; redevelopment - 5; unsatisfactory work of the Management Company, housing cooperative - 23. Of the total number of appeals received at the personal reception, 29 appeals, 290 appeals came from the GZHI RT office, 268 appeals came directly to the BZHI, 45 appeals came from various organizations (Prosecutor's Office, Rospotrebnnadzor, MSA and Housing Inspectorate of the RT and so on.).
