In the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018 in the construction industry there were 21 accidents, including 9 fatal, 12 cases-with severe outcome. The Minister of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic Irek Fayzullin started the report at the Republican meeting in the house of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan with such data.

Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin held a meeting.

According to Irek Fayzullin, in comparison with 2017, the number of accidents in construction decreased by 18%, over the past five years (since 2014) – more than 2.7 times.

According to the results of 2018, 2 million 409.9 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the Republic, which is 100.3% of the plan.

The head of the Ministry of construction noted that 32 out of 38 Republican programs in the field of construction have been fully implemented.

According to the results of 2018, according to the social mortgage program, the statistical bodies reported for 268 houses for 7 7 763 apartments with an area of 438 thousand square meters.

The remaining 5 objects 1 530 apartments with a total area of 89,8 sq m. completed, work is underway to obtain statements of conformity from inspection of the GOS RT and permits for commissioning (Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny). Reporting to the statistical bodies for these objects will be transferred to January 2019.

As for the program of capital repairs of apartment houses in 2018, as of December 28, 964 apartment houses (out of 974) were completed. Registration of as-built documentation is underway, said Irek Fayzullin.

Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexei Pesoshin instructed to find out the reasons for which work on the overhaul of a number of apartment buildings has not been completed.

Then Irek Faizullin reported that capital repair of educational facilities - educational organizations, educational organizations. According to him, on December 28, out of 94 planned objects, work continues at 3 objects (Kazan). Irek Fayzullin said that in January all work at these facilities will be completed in full, but there are questions to the contractors.

As of December 28, in the country major repairs of buildings of outpatient clinics are carried out at 9 sites out of 112, the fact of development of CMP is 97.4%. The overhaul of these facilities will be completed in 2019.

Head of the Ministry also reported that in the framework of the project "Public space" is an unfinished work – is the area of Azatlyk in Naberezhnye Chelny.
