Today, on the basis of the House of Peoples' Friendship of Tatarstan, an event was held to provide legal assistance to citizens "Children's issue" dedicated to the International Children's Day. The event was attended by the specialist of the legal Department of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and utilities RT A.R.Shilkrot.
In Drozhzhanovsky district solemnly opened a new sports and health complex. With the opening of the new sports facility, the head of the Executive Committee Marat Gafarov congratulated all participants of the celebration. He expressed his gratitude to RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, the republic's leadership on behalf of all residents of the region for constant attention to the development of sport, support for talented athletes and coaches of the region. The new complex includes a gym, which is equipped with a special floor covering for volleyball and basketball, and also badminton and so on. In addition, in the sports complex is a gym with all the necessary equipment for full training. The complex is equipped with changing rooms and showers, administrative offices.
On June 1, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of social and culture facilities.
Faizullin noted that the work has been organized at all facilities. Major repair of three municipal schools and two pre-school educational institutions has been completed.
It is planned to overhaul 14 children's recreation camps in 2018. The work at 13 camps has been completed.
As part of the implementation of the programme of capital repair of socio-cultural facilities, five cultural facilities, two youth clubs, 13 buildings of Executive Committees of municipalities of Tatarstan, two social services institutions of the republic and eight facilities of municipal archives of the republic have been overhauled.
Under the programme of capital repair 120 outpatient centres are scheduled to be repaired. As of May 31, the preparatory work at 77 facilities has been started and one centre has already been overhauled.
On May 31, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a meeting of the regional Cabinet of Ministers, which summed up the results of work of energy, housing and utilities companies of the republic during the previous heating season and set tasks for the next heating season. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the meeting.
Pesoshin noted that due to well-coordinated work almost all energy, housing and utilities companies completed the preparation for the autumn-winter period of 2017/2018 as scheduled.
Making a keynote report, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin informed the meeting that last year the heating season started on September 25, 2017 and ended on May 18, 2018, lasting 235 days in the republic.
According to Faizullin, there were no major accidents, but there were some temporary heat outages during the heating period, during which homes of the local residents were always kept warm.
Faizullin stressed that the preparation for winter depends directly on how people pay for energy resources. As of May 1, 2018, utilities organizations have 528 million roubles of overdue debts for gas. As compared to the same period last year, the amount of debts decreased by 39 million roubles, he said.
The preparation for the heating season is very hard work, requiring a systematic approach by all agencies involved, Minnikhanov stressed speaking at the meeting.
Today was held the meeting of the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin with the representatives of the Youth Government of Tatarstan. The meeting began with the film presentation about the programs implemented in 2017 by the Ministry. Irek Fayzullin spoke about the construction, housing and communal services in the republic, on the application of BIM technologies in design. At the meeting, the chairman of the Association of Youth Governments of Russia and the chairman of the Youth Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, Dina Gayzatullina, spoke in general about the work of the Youth Government of Tatarstan and shared its successes. For today the Youth government of our republic is recognized as the best in Russia.Dina Gaizatullina noted that at the moment the Youth Government of RT includes 26 advisors from 18 relevant ministries and departments. Adviser to the chairman of the Youth Government of Tatarstan on construction, architecture, housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan is Rinat Garipov. In 2017, Rinat Garipov was invited to an internship at the Ministry of Construction of the Republic. He notes that his knowledge gained during the training period contributed to the improvement and implementation of the ILMDesign project aimed at creating ready-made, standard design solutions from construction and finishing materials. Rinat Garipov said that there are interesting projects that he would like to submit to the leadership of the Ministry. Irek Fayzullin supported this idea, asked for the next meeting to present model projects. It was decided to create a road map for cooperation between the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan with the Youth Government of Tatarstan.
From 2012 to 2017, in Tatarstan have been built 257 rural clubs for 42,000 people - told Ilshat Gimayev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan during a news conference in the Tatar-inform Agency. During this time 2 billion 618 million rubles were allocated from the republican budget. "This year we are building 28 facilities for 268 million rubles. The leaders of the program are Aktanyshskyi, Drozhzhanovskyi, Kaibitskyi, Kukmorskyi and Alkeevskyi districts - there are already finishing works. The objects will be commissioned before the end of the year,"- he noted.
Today, the results of the all-Russian competition of the best projects for the creation of a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historic settlements were announced. Tatarstan won 14 grants out of 80 possible for the implementation of projects of improvement in historical settlements and small towns of the republic. Following the awarding of the winners, the total amount of federal funding for the implementation of Tatarstan projects amounted to 920 million rubles. We would like to remind that the grant fund of the contest is 5 billion rubles. From Tatarstan to the final passed all 23 applications submitted for the competition. Projects of the republic were evaluated by experts at the highest level. In the nomination "Historical Settlements" 46 applications from 55 were submitted to the final stage. Experts awarded Yelabuga 1st place, Bilyarsk - 2nd place, Mendeleevsk - 4th place. - Small cities (up to 10 thousand people) - 31 applications out of 55 submitted. 3rd place at Laishevo, 11th - at the Bolgar, 12th - at Innopolis.
Today, under the leadership of Ildus Nasyrov, the head of the administration and implementation of housing and communal services programs, was held a meeting with a delegation from the Republic of Uzbekistan headed by the first deputy khokim of the Tashkent region Kobil Hamdamov. The purpose of the visit was the adoption of the Tatarstan experience in the sphere of housing and communal services, in particular, the guests showed great interest in organizing capital repairs of apartment buildings. Representatives of the friendly republic also got acquainted with the successful experience of organization and functioning of electronic resources of the Tatarstan housing and communal services system. During the meeting, the guests were shown a film presentation about the construction and housing and communal services in the republic and programs implemented in 2017. At the end of the event, the head of the delegation thanked his colleagues from Tatarstan for hospitality and expressed hope for further cooperation.
On 25th of May, in the capital of Tatarstan, the management company of the Kirov and Moscow District, together with the Regional Center for Public Control in the Sphere of Housing and Communal Services, held the International Day of Neighbors. The event was organised within the framework of the program "School of literate consumer". Residents of neighboring houses along the streets of Batyrshina and Serov and just guests of the holiday expected an extensive entertainment program designed to acquaint and make friends.
On May 26, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regional municipalities in the Government House of the republic, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that as of May 25, 2018, as many as 73,800 square meters of housing, which makes 44,7 per cent of the plan for 2018 and 119 per cent as compared to the same period last year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.
