Information about the inspection activity of the Chistopol ZHI for July 2018

In accordance with the audit plan agreed by the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chistopol ZHI in July 2018, scheduled checks were initiated against LLC "Gorodok" in Nurlat, LLC "Zhilishnik-5" and "Vostok" Housing Association in Chistopol (currently time, not yet completed). In the course of planned inspections of these management organizations, a comprehensive survey of 35 multi-apartment residential buildings with a total area of ​​121,417 square meters was carried out, 47 violations were identified, and 12 regulations were issued to eliminate them. In July 2018, 28 applications of citizens (26 written and 2 oral) were received in Chistopol ZHI. Out of the number of complaints received, 10 applications were checked with access to the site, 7 of which were taken to control the inspection (regulations were issued).
