On June 9, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that as of June 8, as many as 1,126,300 square meters, which makes 46,9 per cent of the plan for the current year and 113.8 per cent as compared to the same period last year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.
During the planned inspection of the management organization, a comprehensive survey of 16 multi-apartment residential buildings with a total area of 36.501 thousand square meters was carried out. During the checking was revealed 93 violations, for the elimination of which 19 prescriptions were issued. In May 2018, Chistopol ZZhI conducted 26 unscheduled inspections of legal entities, of which 18 were inspections of previously issued regulations and 8 inspections were carried out in response to appeals from citizens. According to the data of the managing organizations, in May 2018 the managing organizations, according to the requirements of the Chistopol ZZhI, carried out works worth 225 thousand rubles.
Despite the fact that over the past five years the total number of accidents in construction has decreased by 2.5 times, security issues on construction sites require increased attention. The head of the department for the development of the construction complex Dinar Sagdatullin told about it in the framework of the familiarization press tour organized by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the press tour correspondents of TV channels, operators and writing journalists were able to become familiar with the organization of labour protection and safety at the construction site in the residential complex "Green". Leading engineer for labour protection "YIT Kazan" Elvira Garifullina held a tour of the construction project.
Today, under the leadership of Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimayev, was held a meeting with a delegation from the Novosibirsk region, headed by a member of the Committee on Construction, Housing Utilities and Tariffs of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region, Maiis Mamedov. The purpose of the visit was the adoption of the Tatarstan experience in the sphere of construction, housing and communal services. The delegation also included Deputy Minister of Construction of the Novosibirsk Region Alexey Kolmakov, Head of the Housing Construction Department of the Ministry of Construction of the Novosibirsk Region Olga Kozlova and representatives of the business environment of the Novosibirsk Region.
Today, within the framework of the weekly personal reception of citizens, Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimayev met with participants of the "Social Mortgage" program - with the future residents of the 11th quarter of the Salavat Cooper residential complex. During the reception, the Deputy Minister told about the current situation on the construction site and answered questions of participants of the program. A meeting was also organized with participants in the shared housing construction.
Today, the non-profit enterprise "Regional Center for Public Control in the Sphere of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan" conducted a training program for the chairmen of councils of apartment buildings within the framework of the project "The School of the Literate Consumer" on the basis of the training center "Profstandart". Executive Director of "Regional Center for Public Control in the Area of Housing and Communal Services of the RT" Dmitry Romanov spoke in detail about the ways of managing an apartment building, the main changes in the field of housing legislation. During the seminar, the students were able to consider the tasks, functions and authority of the bodies of municipal housing control, as well as the socio-legal status of public housing inspectors.
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 12.29.2017 №1081, in 2018 overhaul repaiting is planned in: Aznakayevo and Aznakaevsky district - 25 homes, Bavly and Bavlinsky district - 6 houses, Bugulma and Bugulminsky district - 57 houses, Leninogorsk and Leninogorsky district- 17 houses, Yutazinsky district in urban-type settlement Urussu - 16 homes. All apartment houses included in the capital repair program were inspected. On June 1st, 2018 the work started in 74 houses: Aznakayevo - 4 houses, Bavly - 5 houses, Bugulma and Bugulminsky district - 49 homes, Leninogorsk and Leninogorsky district - 11 homes, in the Utazinsky district in Urusu - 5 houses.

What kind of citizens they become, depends largely on us. We must do everything possible to ensure that the younger generation is happy, that our children will grow up as patriots of their Motherland and be able to fully realize their potential and creativity. It is necessary to develop in children a sense of patriotism and devotion to their homeland. To achieve this goal, a contest of drawings (crafts) dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Tatar ASSR was announced. Children of employees of the Ministry were pleased to join the process of their production. Presented at the contest drawings and crafts surprised by the decoration and the semantic load. We would like to remind that on 25th of April President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed a decree on "On the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Republic of Tatarstan", which will be held in 2020.
The contest for a nominal scholarship was announced among the third-year students of KGASU. Within 2 months, 77 students competed for the right to receive a monthly scholarship in the amount of 10,000 rubles. Today, seven laureates became known: engineers, designers, city planners, architects. In March 2018, SUE "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" established an annual nominal scholarship. In the spring, at a meeting with students, Adel Khusnutdinov outlined the tasks of the scholarship program: "We understand the importance of dialogue with young specialists, graduates of KGASU, who are our potential and personnel reserve. To identify and support the best of you, to stimulate to high results in studies are the tasks of the competition and scholarships". 77 applicants took part in the competition for the scholarship. At the first stage, the contestants were evaluated in a comprehensive way: not only did the talented portfolio matter, but also the academic achievement in core subjects, and participation in the public life of the university.
The solemn ceremony of awarding the laureates of the XIII national award "Cultural Heritage" was held on Wednesday in Moscow. Over the years, the National Award has become an important and authoritative event in the cultural life of the country. For 13 years, more than 1200 applications from 60 subjects of the Russian Federation and the near abroad took part in the competition. More than 300 people became winners and nominees - representatives of leading educational, museum, architectural, public organizations, state bodies for culture and monuments protection, mass media. This year, our compatriot - Head of the Department of Architecture of the Institute of Architecture and Design (KGASU) Anton Olegovich Popov was awarded an honorary medal for the development of constructive solutions, minimizing costs and introducing new technologies in the restoration of cultural heritage objects, including the building of the Main Admiralty in St. Petersburg.
