The volume of financing of the republican program "Capital repairs of educational facilities (schools, kindergartens)" is planned to be maintained. Ildus Nasyrov, the head of the Housing and Utilities Maintenance and Implementation Program of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, told a reporter of the IA "Tatar-inform" during a press tour to the gymnasium No. 17 in Kazan. "Next year, roughly the same level of the program is planned in the amount of 2.5 billion rubles. According to him, in 2017 in Tatarstan capital repairs were carried out in 110 kindergartens, 36 general education institutions, among them seven correctional institutions, 146 objects in total, for which 2 billion 576 million rubles were spent. "Three additional objects are under construction in Kazan: Gymnasium No. 28, Gymnasium No. 40, Gymnasium No. 97. During the overhaul, additional work was identified which will be completed in October," the ministry's spokesman said.
