Information about the inspection activity of the Chistopol ZHI for March 2018

In March 2018, Chistopol ZHI conducted 36 unscheduled inspections of legal entities, of which - 20 inspections of the execution of previously issued regulations; 14 inspections - according to the applications of citizens to the Chistopol ZHI; 2 checks according to the request of the prosecutor's office. A total of 60 residential buildings with a total area of ​​181.61 thousand square meters were inspected within the framework of the inspections; revealed 55 violations of the rules and norms of technical maintenance of housing, for the elimination of which issued 34 orders. Two protocols on administrative violations were drawn up (1 according to Article 7.22 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and 1 to Article 7.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation); fines were imposed for a total of 5000 rubles. All previously issued orders were executed in the established time limits,afterwards closed by acts.
