On April 24 and 25, 2018, within the framework of the exhibition "VOLGASTROYEXPO-2018", the 4th qualifying stage of the RUSSIAN WATER CUP 2017/18 will be held
IV the qualifying stage of the All-Russian Championship "RUSSIAN WATER CUP" will be held in Kazan on the territory of the exhibition centre "Kazanskaya Yarmarka" within the framework of the exhibition "VolgaStroyExpo". On April 24 and 25, representatives of 7 teams from the Republics of Tatarstan and Udmurtia will fight for the title of "the best team among the workers of water and utilities enterprises". Participants will have to demonstrate their skills in two simulated work situations that they encounter in their daily work:
- connection of a new facility to the water supply;
- tie-in of the flanged valve in the pipeline.
To perform each of the tasks, teams are given two attempts. All work is done without welding and power tools. Finalists, in addition to the high title of the champion, will fight for national fame and love of fans, will also fight for a very significant prize money fund of the championship, which is 300 000 rubles.
