Information on the activities of the Kazan City Housing Inspectorate

In the course of planned and unscheduled inspections of the housing stock, the Kazan City Housing Inspectorate conducted 808 inspections for the 1st quarter of 2018. In the course of the inspections, 419 violations were found. Based on the results of inspections conducted to management organizations and individuals, the inspection issued 290 orders and 75 protocols on administrative offenses, including: 10 officials, 9 individuals, and 56 legal entities, among which 6 violations of licensing requirements. In the 1st quarter of 2018, the Kazan City Housing Inspectorate received 3,327 appeals on unsatisfactory maintenance of housing stock and poor-quality provision of housing and communal services. In total, 2877 appeals were considered, measures to eliminate the identified violations were taken.
