On the eve of the Victory Day, the representatives of Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the veteran of the Great Patriotic War, Gimadeev Azat Gayazovich. Azat Gayazovich Gimadeev was born on March 25, 1927 in the village of Almenderovo, Apastovsky District (Tatarstan). At the age of seventeen, he volunteered for the front and was assigned to the border troops in Western Ukraine. From 1944 to 1951 - continued to serve in the ranks of the Soviet Army. During this time he graduated from the military topographic technical school. However, all his life Azat Gayazovich did not cease to study - attended the courses of the Kazan Civil Engineering Institute and Gosstroy USSR. A lot of drawings of building structures and architecture were developed under the guidance of A.G. Gimadeev, including a planetarium in the Peter and Paul Cathedral (in 1989, the cathedral was handed over to the faithful), the master plan of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, housing facilities, social and cultural facilities. Azat Gayazovich gladly shared the story of his difficult but interesting life. The meeting was held in a very warm atmosphere.
