Information about the inspection activity of the Chistopol ZZhI in May 2018

During the planned inspection of the management organization, a comprehensive survey of 16 multi-apartment residential buildings with a total area of ​​36.501 thousand square meters was carried out. During the checking was revealed 93 violations, for the elimination of which 19 prescriptions were issued. In May 2018, Chistopol ZZhI conducted 26 unscheduled inspections of legal entities, of which 18 were inspections of previously issued regulations and 8 inspections were carried out in response to appeals from citizens. According to the data of the managing organizations, in May 2018 the managing organizations, according to the requirements of the Chistopol ZZhI, carried out works worth 225 thousand rubles.
