The Ministry has summed up the results of the competition “The best labor protection activity organization among enterprises of housing facilities and public utilities in the Republic of Tatarstan”

Ministry of construction, architecture and housing-communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Republican Trade-union Committee of Life- support system employees and the regional industrial brunch union of employers “The Communal Service Enterprises Association of the Republic of Tatarstan” is holding an annual competition-presentation “The best labor protection activity organization among enterprises of housing facilities and public utilities in the Republic of Tatarstan” for the purposes of  fostering the activity of labor conditions and protection improvement at the enterprises and in organizations of housing-communal complex, as well as for the purpose of the employers’ and trade union committees attention increase towards the issues of legislative provisions regarding labor protection fulfillment, industrial brunch and public control efficiency of labor protection improvement, industrial injuries and professional diseases rate decrease.

In compliance with the Provisions of the Competition it is held among 4 groups of branch enterprises:

I group – communal power engineering enterprises, water supply-canalization service, operation service, bath-laundry utilities;

II group – enterprises providing amenities, planting and sanitary cleaning of cities and settlements, repair and maintenance of road and bridge utilities, repair and construction activity, urban refuse processing and dumping facilities.

III group – housing enterprises and organizations, technical inventory bureaus, elevator equipment assembly and operation utilities, death ceremonial services, housing management companies.

IV group - multi-brunch production enterprises and housing-communal organizations in the rural areas of the republic.

The winners of the Competition-presentation are named usually such enterprises of the housing-communal complex, which gain the best results in the labor protection condition improvement and industrial injuries decrease.

Today the meeting of the competition committee took place in the RT Minstroy, which was held by R.K. Karimov, RT Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing-communal services. The results of the year 2011 were summed up for the Competition from 49 enterprises and organizations of the branch.

The Committee, having considered the submitted material in compliance with the Competition requirements, decided to award the following:

 In the I category:

The first place – MUP (Municipal Unitary Enterprise) “Vodokanal” the city of Kazan;

The second place -   MUP Production Union “Kazenergo”, Close Joint Stock Company “Chelnyvodokanal”;

The third place – “Bugulma-Vodokanal” LLC, enterprise “Zelenodolsk-Vodokanal” the subsidiary of “Vodokanalservice” OJSC

In the II category:

The first place – MUP (Municipal Unitary Enterprise) Trust “Gorvodzelenkhoz”, the city of Kazan;

The second place - MUP “Chelnykommunkhoz”;

The third place – “Blagoustroystvo i Ozeleneniye” (amenities and planting services), the city of Leninogorsk;

In the III category:

The first place – Housing operational utility No 10 in the city of Almetyevsk  LLC;

The second place– Housing management organization “Chelnystroyremont” LLC; “HCSE” (housing-communal service enterprise) LLC in the city of Nizhnekamsk;

The third place – “Liftservice” LLC, the city of Almetyevsk; Inter-district branch No8 RGUP BTI (Regional State Unitary Enterprise Technical Inventory Bureau), the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.

In the IV category:

The first place – “Alekseevsk Engineering Nets” LLC;

The second place–“Muslyumovsky Engineering Nets”OJSC;

The third place – “Communal Nets of Chremshansky district” OJSC.
