The Republic has launched the fifth part of the annual housing volume В

The Meeting in the form of the video-conference took place today in the House of the Government. It was chaired by R.N.Minnikhanov, the RT President, and dedicated to the issues of housing construction and operation, dwelling areas provision to the veterans of GPW, the targeted republican program realization of the citizens transfer from the dangerous dwelling areas.F.M.Khanifov, Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing, delivered the main report.

He started his speech with the information about the decade of labor protection and safety at the construction enterprises of the republic, held in the beginning of the month.  All municipal entities were inspected for their objects under construction. The main detected violations: not all workers are supplied with individual means of labor safety; training for labor protection is not held regularly; there is a lot of wastes on the territory of the objects under construction, etc.

 The following statistics of the dwelling areas launching in compliance with the Tatarstanstat data, as of March 22, 2012: 482,6 thousand sq. m of dwelling areas have been launched (19%of the annual volume). Including in the frames of the housing programs has been launched: under social hypothec program - 118,3 thousand sq. m; under multi-family investment housing construction program -192,3 thousand sq. m; under individual housing construction program -172,0 thousand sq. m.

The issue of housing construction for the veterans was discussed separately. At present 158 houses for 643 GP War veterans are under construction in the Republic; under GISU procedure – 133 houses for 303 veterans, under CHF procedure – 25 houses for 340 veterans.

Observing the part of the report dedicated to the problem of the deceived equity holders settlement, the President of the Republic paid the attention of the municipal entities’ top managers to the urgency of this program, in spite of the difficulty of the set forth issues. It is necessary to launch 32 objects of construction before the end of 2012.

One more issue under discussion at the meeting – people transfer from the dangerous dwelling areas. 77 multi-family houses have been included into the program of the year  2012 in the most part of the republican municipal entities.
