Сapital repair has already begun in 640 houses

The Meeting in the form of the video-conference took place today in the House of the Government. It was chaired by I. Sh. Khalikov, acting President of the RT. This meeting was dedicated to issues of realization of the Law of RF of 21.07.2007 N185-Ф3 “Fund of Housing and Utility Service Reform Promotion” in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2012 and holding of schools capital repair. A.M. Frolov, Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing delivered the main report. The first part of the report was dedicated to the program of multifamily residential houses capital repair.

Claim for the provision of Financial Support of RT of March, 27 out  of the resources of  “Fund of Housing and Utility Service Reform Promotion” according to the program of multifamily residential houses capital repair for 2012 is approved by Board of the Fund, and so is the annual report of the RT for the period of 2011.

In compliance with the Program it is planned to repair 849 multifamily residential houses with the overall area of 5,4 millions m².

The volume of the Program of multifamily residential houses capital repair financing for 2012 totaled 4 billion 356 million 587 thousand roubles: the Fund means made 558 million 878 thousand roubles; the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan made 1 billion 373 million 131 thousand roubles; the municipal formation means made 1 billion 76 million 72 thousand roubles; owners means made 1 billion 348 million 506 thousand roubles.

Qualification of contractor organizations for holding multifamily residential houses capital repair for 2012 was held by all municipal formations.

According to State Housing Inspection information, capital repair works began in 640 houses (75,4%) out of 849 multifamily residential houses. Construction contracts are registered for 845 houses out of 849 multifamily residential houses.

Observing this part of the report, I. Sh. Khalikov acting President of the RT drew the meeting participants’ attention to the issue of labour protection. He said that unfortunately since the beginning of the year there had happened a large number of tragic events on site areas of the Republic, most of them were the result of elementary regulations and norms non-observance.

By way of meeting there was regarded the issue of schools capital repair. All 45 municipal formations of the Republic take part in the Program. The total limit of financing of the Program of general education institutions capital repair works in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012 made 2 billion 204 million roubles, including: municipal general education schools capital repair - 1 billion 925 million roubles; special general education schools and boarding schools – 254 million roubles; designing of design estimation documentation – 25 million roubles.

Other reports of the meeting were dedicated to the issue of land granting to multi-child families of the Republic, and the beginning of sowing works as well.
