Equipment replacement starts at Integrated home-building factory

“Integrated home-building factory” LLC is preparing to accept the first lot of equipment from German company “EBAWE”. Trucks with the newest plants for reinforced concrete structures manufacturing have left Eisenberg (Germany) today and taken course to Naberezhnye Chelny.

Let us remind that the contract for equipment delivery between “IHBF” LLC and German company “EBAWE” was signed on May 18, 2011.

The mounting of new equipment will begin in the second half of April.  “EBAWE” company specialists  will supervise the mounting process. They will also conduct personnel training. Simultaneously with the circulation pallets line mounting on the IHBF there will begin the installation of battery mold forms. They are designed for single-layer concrete elements vertical manufacturing

Technical re-equipment of the factory will take place without production suspension. Modernization process is planned to take three years. Director General of the “IHBF” LLC Rashid Saifutdinov pointed out that after startup of the new equipment the integrated home-building factory will begin to manufacture twice as much the amount of products. A new set of equipment will enable to manufacture products of different configurations (ellipse, half-round) for any series, houses with different number of stories, as well as production for civil (kindergartens, schools, hospitals, shopping complexes) and industrial construction.
