Builders of Tatarstan have launched the quarter of annual housing volume

The Meeting in the form of the video-conference took place today in the House of the Government. It was chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov. This meeting was dedicated to the issues of construction and housing input, provision of housing to the veterans of GPW, realization of republican address program of citizens’ resettlement from failing housing stock. The Prime Minister of RT I. Khalikov took part in its work. I. Faizullin, Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing delivered the main report. The first part of the report was dedicated to the issues of safety arrangement observation on constructions sites.

According to the data of Tatarstanstat, there were launched 598,8 thousand sq. m (25 % of the annual task) of housing in the Republic during the first three months. It makes 110,8 % compared with the same period of the last year.

The Minister specified Buinsky, Apastovsky, Mendeleevsky, Baltasinsky, Pestrechinsky, Aksubayevsky, Sabinsky municipal regions as they had performed the yearly plan for more than 40%. Kazan contributed significantly. 330 sq. meters of housing were launched there, it totaled more than 50% of the launched volume for the first quarter.

As of April 6 42 houses were commissioned under the program of social mortgage. It made 2 thousand 335 apartments with total area of 135,1 sq.m.

In total under the program of the State housing fund 153 houses for 2 thousand 446 apartments with the total area of 145,9 sq.m. were commissioned, including 111 houses with the total area of 10,8 sq.m. under the program of agro-industrial complex.

Some part of the report was also devoted to the program of the GPW veterans’ housing conditions improvement. At present 165 houses for 684 GPW veterans are under construction in the Republic: GISU procedure – 137 houses for 309 veterans, under CHF procedure – 28 houses for 375 veterans are under construction.

Speaking about the program of failing housing liquidation in 2012, the speaker informed that  the quantity of multifamily residential houses included into the program for 2012 made 77 houses. Shared financing of the Program (for the volume of resettlement housing) is carried out at the expense of: “Fund of Housing and Utility Service Reform Promotion” – 336,03 million roubles; budget of the Republic of Tatarstan – 198,79 million roubles; local budgets – 0,048 million roubles. Additional sources of financing – 69,7 million roubles  are the means of municipal formations; these means are additionally accepted in the local budgets for provision of a larger housing area than the one that had been at dwellers’ disposal. The total volume of program budgeting is 604,57 million roubles.

At present 30% of the Fund resources have been received in the Republic, that makes 99,86 million roubles. In the near future these means will be transferred to municipal formations.

The total area of failing housing assumed for resettlement (housing for resettlement) is 20196 sq.m. and 1610 dwellers living in 608 housings are resettled.
