Irek Fayzullin: “Consumer properties of facilities constructed from ceramic bricks cause no doubts”

Today there was held the meeting of Chairman of the Board of «Wienerberger AG» concern Haymo Shoykh with the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. There were discussed issues of further development of the factory manufacturing walling materials in Vysokogorsky region of the RT. There was also regarded the marketing policy of the enterprise.  In the Ministry of construction, architecture and HCS of the RT the meeting of the management of the ministry and the company took place.

 “Wienerberger-Kurkachi” LLC is the largest producer of construction ceramics in the Republic of Tatarstan. The enterprise produces an innovative type of product – energy-efficient hollow-porous  ceramic blocks “Poroterm” of various format. Manufacturing of these types of materials is the promising direction of sub-industry development; application of energy-efficient large size ceramic blocks with density less than 800 kg/m³ gives the possibility for single-layered exterior structures construction from ceramic blocks in compliance with the requirements of buildings heat-shielding standards.

Following the results of 2011 “Wienerberger-Kurkachi” LLC in Tatarstan realized half of volume of product produced by the factory, moreover the lion's share of it is used for individual construction and commercial housing. Therefore at the meeting, there were discussed possibilities of products application on construction facilities partially owned by the state. Minister Irek Fayzullin held the meeting.

He gave a detailed account about projects that are being realized by builders of Tatarstan today and emphasized that he considered the project "Wienerberger-Kurkachi " as the major one for the Republic. It was also underlined that from now on the enterprise would receive full aid and support. But as it was mentioned, new materials were implemented with difficulties, this process was also influenced by the fact that design organizations were overloaded and didn’t have time to work out new options.

Participants of the meeting discussed measures allowing to increase demand for factory production in mid-term prospect: introduction of training centers of the enterprise where bricklayers could be trained and improve their qualification, carrying out of specialized seminars, franchise development of zonal warehouses.

The Chairman of the Board of  “Wienerberger AG” concern Haymo Shoykh in his turn emphasized that the concern is ready to correspond to any requirements and challenges of the modern market, including, Tatarstan. It was good reason that we made the decision on construction of the factory on the territory of the Republic, he told, we wanted to bring new modern materials to Tatarstan, material which met the requirements of durability, reliability and energy efficiency.

Representatives of GKU "GISU RT", GUP “Tatinvestgrazhdanproyekt”, UKS of Kazan, GZhF also took part in the meeting work.

Minister Irek Fayzullin gave instructions which would become a protocol basis for further cooperation with the enterprise.
