171 houses for GPW veterans are under construction in Tatarstan

The meeting in the form of the video-conference took place in the House of the Government today. It was chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov. Prime minister of RT I.Sh. Khalikov took part in it. This meeting was dedicated to the issues of construction and housing commissioning, housing provision of GPW veterans, realization of republican address program of citizens’ resettlement from failing housing stock.

At the beginning of the meeting the President of the republic with attendees analyzed in detail the situation concerning the choice of housing by veterans. The President caused on feedback heads of those municipal formations where the percentage of housing acquisition in the secondary market by veterans is the highest.

I. Faizullin, Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing delivered the main report. He pointed out that the results of housing commissioning for the 1st quarter of 2012 across Russia had been finally formed by the Federal State statistics service. The Republic of Tatarstan having commissioned 598,8 thousand sq.m of housing, took the 4th place, giving way to Krasnodar Krai, Moscow and Tyumen regions. But it was the first in the Volga federal district.

As for April 20 according to Tatarstanstat data there were commissioned 702,2 thousand sq.m of housing (28 % from an annual task) in the republic.

171 houses for 744 GPW veterans are under construction in the Republic: according to GISU procedure – 141 houses for 321 veterans are under construction, under CHF procedure – 30 houses for 423 veterans are under construction

In the second quarter of 2012 according to the program of the GPW veterans’ housing conditions improvement there are 38 houses in total area of 8 967 thousand sq.m for 183 veterans at a stage of high degree of readiness.

Out of the rest 90 multifamily investment houses there are: 42 houses of high degree of readiness; 31 houses of average degree of readiness; 17 houses of low degree of readiness.

As for low-height housing construction, including individual housing construction there are 8 thousand 53 objects in the republic including: 1 thousand 929 houses of high degree of readiness; 4 thousand 174 houses of average degree of readiness; 1 thousand 950 houses of low degree of readiness.

The second part of the report was devoted to the realization of failing housing liquidation program for 2012. The republican address program of citizens’ resettlement from failing housing stock for 2012 was approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 216 of 15.03.2012. 29 municipal formations participate in this program.

The total number of multifamily houses included into the program for 2012 is 77. 1 thousand 610 dwellers living in 608 dwellings are resettled. 30 % of funds received in the republic have been transferred to municipal formations. As for the rest 70 % of funds, according to Minister’s words, they will be transferred after municipal formations present signed municipal contracts and repayment contracts.
