Seminar-meeting “About execution of the Federal law of 23.11.2009 No. 261-FZ «About energy saving and increase of energy efficiency and about making amendments in some legislative acts of the Russian Federation" was held in the Ministry of construction, architecture and HCS of RT.
R.K.Karimov Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and HCS of RT held the seminar-meeting.
Execution of the Federal law of 23.11.2009 No. 261-FZ in the Russian Federation was the main subject of the seminar.
In the course of the discussion there were considered municipal programs in the field of energy saving and increase of energy efficiency and their execution by branch enterprises. Issues concerning instrumental energy audit were regarded in detail.
