Regions of the Republic reported about this year social programs performed by builders

Today A.S. Akhmetshin Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and HCS of RT held the meeting in a form of videoconference with heads of Executive committees of the cities and regions of the Republic concerning implementation of such programs as “Village clubs”, reception and diagnostic departments capital repair, construction, capital and current repair of feldsher-midwife stations in municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2012.

It was pointed out at the meeting that according to the program of village clubs construction the loan had been allocated, projects had been coordinated, land allocation had been done; the time has come to start installation and construction works actively. Fruitful collaboration of administrations and contractor organizations of Agryzky, Chistopolsky and Tyulyachinsky regions was marked. These regions have finished bricklaying works and started roofing works.

Issues of reception and diagnostic departments’ capital repair in 19 municipal districts were discussed separately. In the course of the main report it was mentioned that design decisions for all objects had been issued, contractor organizations had received a loan, but the work is organized insufficiently.

The program “Construction, capital and current repair of health care facilities of primary medical care” consists of: construction of 52 new feldsher-midwife stations in schoolhouses, capital repair of 300 obstetric and feldsher's stations and 7 outpatient-and-polyclinic institutions. 330 million roubles are allocated for the program. Settlements in which there will be constructed new FAPY are specified. It is necessary for all municipal formations to start land lots registration, to decide on specifications of engineering networks connection. Such an assignment was given at the meeting.
