In 98percent of the apartment houses included into the program of the major repair for the current year, the work has already began
Today meeting in a videoconference mode was held in the House of the Government under the chairmanship of the President of RT R. N. Minnikhanov and with the participation of the RT Prime Minister I.Sh.Halikov concerning implementation of the Law No. 185-FZ of the Russian Federation dated 21.07.2007 «On the Fund of the reforms assistance of housing and communal services» in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2012 and carrying out of major maintenance of schools. The main report was made by the RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services I.E. Fayzullin. Traditionally his report started with an issue of providing safety measures on objects of construction and major maintenance. According to the State housing inspection of the Republic, out of 849 apartment houses subject to major maintenance the work has started in 832 houses (98 %). For last two weeks the work has begun in 86 houses.
Separately the issue of the apartment houses transfer to door-to-door heating in 2012 was mentioned in the report. It is an issue of 354 multi-room and 231 individual houses (totally 5039 flats). Works are carried out according to the approved schedule of work with a termination date prior to the beginning of the heating period. 16 contract organizations are involved on the objects. Purchases of materials and the equipment necessary at the first stage have been fulfilled.
The second main part of the report was devoted to issues of schools major maintenance and implementation of the program of construction, current and overhaul maintenance of health care establishments of "primary medical-sanitary assistance» in the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2012.
The general financing limit of the program of major maintenance for educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012 makes 2 billion 204 million rubles. The program of construction, current and overhaul maintenance of health care establishments of «primary medical-sanitary help» has been envisaged for 1 year. The total value of the program makes 330,0 million rubles. The program consists of the following aspects: new construction – 52 FAP to the sum of– 115,4 million rubles; capital and current maintenance of 6 FAP located in the rural elementary and comprehensive schools to the sum of– 3,0 million rubles; capital and current maintenance of 7 ambulatory and polyclinic establishments for the sum of – 161,3 million rubles; capital and current maintenance of 300 existing FAP to the sum of– 30,0 million rubles.
The Head investment and construction department has been defined as the customer of the program, the designer is - "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt". Settlements in which new FAP will be constructed, have been defined.
