Builders put into commission about one third of the annual housing capacity.

Today in the Government House under the chairmanship of the president of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov and with the participation of the Prime-minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh. Khalikov there was held a videoconference on the questions of construction and commissioning of the housing, provision of housing for the veterans of the Second World War, implementation of the republican address program aimed at movement of citizens from the failing housing stock. The keynote report was made by the minister of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin. The minister began with the questions of compliance with the occupational safety requirements on the sites. The inspections prove that not all directors of the construction organizations pay due attention to the compliance with the occupational safety requirements and cleanness on the sites.

Since the start of the year of 2012, 184 decrees were issued for an overall amount of 5 million 887 thousand rubles in respect of the participants of the construction.

As on May 4th, 2012, 785.7 thousand square meters (31,7% of the annual amount) of the housing were put into commission in the Republic of Tatarstan. For the past two weeks 83.5 thousand square meters of the housing were put into commission. in view of housing programs the following was done: 162.0 thousand square meters (33% of the plan) of the housing were put into commission according to social mortgage services program;  296.7 thousand square meters (29% of the plan)  - according to the multifamily investment housing construction program; 327.0 thousand square meters (32% of the plan) – according to the individual housing.

By May 9th, 2012 16 residential houses for 125 veterans will be put into commission and populated in a festive atmosphere. In the Republic of Tatarstan 162 residential houses for 735 veterans of the Second World War are being constructed: according to GISU (Main investment construction administration) title 131 residential houses for 291 veterans are being constructed, according to GZhF (State housing facilities) title – 31 residential houses for 444 veterans. The President again paid his attention to the necessity to eliminate quickly any deficiencies if they are revealed.

77 multifamily houses are included in the failing housing stock elimination program. Shared financing of the program is carried out using the funds of: Support Fund for the Reform of the Housing and Utilities Sector – 336.03 mln. rubles;  budget of the Republic of Tatarstan– 198.79 mln. rubles;  local budgets – 0.048 mln. rubles. Additional financing – 69.7 mln.rubles – money of municipal units additionally included into local budgets to make the area of the residential housing larger that the eliminated area. Overall program budgeting is 604.6  mln. rubles.

The total area of the failing housing stock supposed to be eliminated is 20 thousand 196 square meters, 1 thousand 610 citizens living in 608 flats will move into new residential housing.

At present 30% of the Fund money were transferred into municipal units. The rest 70% of the Fund money will be transferred after the municipal units submit the concluded contracts and repurchase agreements (depending on relocation methods).
