From January 1, 2019, the Republic of Tatarstan is switching to a new system of solid municipal waste management

Since January 1, 2019, the handling of MSW is provided by regional operators: LLC "Management Company PZHKH" and LLC "Grint". Official sites of regional operators: clcity.ru and greenta.su. Consumers need to conclude contracts for the provision of services for the treatment of MSW with regional operators. The procedure for concluding a contract for the provision of municipal solid waste management services was approved by the Rules for handling municipal solid waste (Government Decree of 12.11.2016 No. 1156). The basis for concluding an agreement on the provision of municipal solid waste management services is writing application of the consumer or his legal representative to conclude such agreement, signed by the consumer or a person acting on behalf of the consumer on the basis of a power of attorney, or the proposal of the regional operator to conclude an agreement on the provision municipal solid waste management services. Information on the proposals of regional operators to conclude contracts for the provision of municipal solid waste management services, as well as the application form are posted on the official websites of regional operators.
