Major repairs started in all houses included in the program of 2012

Today a videoconference meeting on realization of the Law of the Russian Federation of 21/07/2077 No. 185-FZ "Housing services and public utilities reform promotion” in the Republic of Tatarstan and schools major repairs was held in the Government House chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and with the participation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatartsan I.Sh. Khalikov. Minister of construction, architecture and housing I.E. Faizullin made a keynote report.

Traditionally his report began with the issue of safety measures at the objects of construction and major repairs. According to the data of the State Housing Inspection (GZhI) major repairs started in all houses (100%). For the past two weeks repairs started in 17 houses.

The report also touched upon the issue of apartment heating of residential houses in 2012. This refers to 354 apartment and 231 detached houses (totally 5 thousand 39 flats). The works are carried out according to the agreed work schedule. The finish date is September 15th, 2012. 17 contracting organizations work at the objects. All materials and equipment required at the first stage were purchased.

The second main part of the report touched upon the issues of major repairs of schools and implementation of the program of construction, minor and major repairs of health care facilities of “primary medical care” in municipal units in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012.

Total budgeting limit of the program of general education institutions major repairs of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012 will amount to 2 billion 204 million rubles.  The program of construction, minor and major repairs of health care facilities of “primary medical care” will be implemented during one year. Total program cost is 330,0 mln. rubles.  The program includes: new construction – 52 feldsher-midwife stations (FAP) in amount of 115,4 mln. rubles;   minor and major repairs of 6 FAPs located in rural primary and general education schools in amount of  3,0 mln. rubles;  minor and major repairs of 7 outpatient-and-polyclinic institutions in amount of 161,3 mln. rubles;  minor and major repairs – 300 existing FAPs in amount of 30,0 mln. rubles.

The customer of the program is the Major Investment Construction Department, the designer – Tatinvestgrazhdanproject. Population centers where new FAPs will be constructed were specified.
