According to the State plan of management training for national economic enterprises of the Russian Federation the regional commission of the Republic of Tatarstan carries out a competitive selection of organizations experts of the Republic of Tatarstan to participate in the Presidential managing training program (hereinafter referred to as the Presidential program) for 2012/2013 academic year. The documents are to be submitted not later than June 15th, 2012.
Retraining program type “В” (550 academic hours) is implemented for organizations managers and supervisors and includes the following courses: “Management”, “Financial management”, “Innovation management”, and “Marketing”. The training will be carried out in FSAEI HVE Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University.
Further vocational training (120 academic hours) is carried out according to educational programs type “Q” for expert managers in small and medium business and for innovation sector experts and includes the following courses: “Entrepreneurial development” and “Management in innovation sector”. The training will be carried out in FSAEI HVE Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University.
The training according to the Presidential program is financed from the federal budget resources (33%), the budget resources of the Republic of Tatarstan (33%) as well as from organizations resources and individuals own resources (34%).
The experts participating in the Presidential program will have a unique opportunity to:
- take an exclusive training course and get professional knowledge, and on completing the course take part in Russian or foreign practical training financed by the federal budget resources, in top-ranked world companies;
- be included in the federal data base of managerial human resources personnel reserve of the Russian Federation and the republic of Tatartsan;
- improve their foreign language skills.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan met the Director General of the Fund assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities Konstantin Tsitsin
Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan met the Director General of the Fund assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities Konstantin Tsitsin.
The meeting was held in the work room of the
President of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Kazan Kremlin. The Minister of construction, architecture and housing Irek Faizullin took part in the meeting.
The parties discussed major repairs of apartment houses in the Republic of Tatarstan, and issues concerning citizens movement from failing houses.
It is to be recalled that recently the Fund assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities enumerated the regions which successfully accomplished the work in the framework of state housing and public utilities restructuring programs in 2011. These are the Republic of Tatarstan, Omsk, Kirov, Yaroslavl, Novosibirsk and Amur regions, Altai Territory, North Osetia, Komi and Dagestan. Following the results of the work accomplished there was made a decision to allocate additional money in amount of 1 billion rubles for these federal subjects. It is estimated that the regions will be able to use this additional financing to carry out major repairs and move citizens from failing houses.
