Major repairs started in 141 schools of the Republic of Tatarstan

Republican videoconference meeting concerning realization of the law of the Russian Federation of 21/07/2007 No. 185-FZ “On the Fund assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities” in the Republic of Tatarstan, major repairs of schools and implementation of the program of construction, minor and major repairs of primary health care facilities in municipal entities of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2012 was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov participated in the meeting, and the key report was made by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin.

The Minister mentioned that according to the data of the State housing inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan within the period of May 11th to May 25th there had been no violation of safety measures within the framework of major repairs of apartment houses.

According to the program it is supposed to repair 849 apartment houses with total area of 5.4 mln. square meters. The amount of financing of the apartment houses major repair program for 2012 equaled to 4 bln. 356 mln. 587 thous. rubles: the Fund resources – 558 mln. 878 thous. rubles; resources of the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan – 1 bln. 373 mln. 131 thous. rubles; resources of municipal entities budgets – 1 bln. 76 mln. 72 thous. rubles;  owners’ resources– 1 bln. 348 mln. 506 thous. rubles.

As of May 25th 1 bln. 917 mln. rubles being 44% of annual limit were transferred to the accounts of Management Companies and Householders Societies from all the resources.  The repair works started in all houses.  According to the data of the State housing inspection the repair works for an overall amount of 2 bln. 267 mln. rubles being 52% of annual limit were carried out as of May 24th. Apastovsky municipal area entirely used the supplied money.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov ordered to start repair works in the houses situated within the hospitality route of the Universiade.

The second part of the report was devoted to major repairs in schools. The total limit of financing of the major repair program for general education institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012 equals to 2 bln. 204 mln. rubles. Municipal entities were to transfer advance payment by April 1st, 2012 to purchase required construction materials. As of May 24th subcontractors in 42 regions started transferring sums to treasury accounts.

At the moment major repairs are carried out in 141 schools.

During this videoconference there was discussed the issue concerning the implementation of the program of construction, minor and major repairs of primary health care facilities in municipal entities of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2012.

The total cost of the program is 330 mln. rubles.

As of today the first pilot modular village first-aid station was installed in Mitryayevo village in Aznakayevsky municipal area. The second modular village first-aid station is now being mounted in Chupayevo village of Almetyevsky municipal area, and it will be completed by June 8th, 2012. According to the manufacturer by the end of May there will be six modular village first-aid stations ready to be mounted. Supply and Installation schedule of the rest 50 modular village first-aid stations was agreed upon together with the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Tatarstan, the customer State Public Institution “Main Investment Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan” and the manufacturer.
