23 municipal units realized the plan of commissioning of housing for more than 40 percent

Today in the Government House under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh. Khalikov there was held a follow-up videoconference meeting on construction and commissioning of housing, provision of housing for the veterans of the Second World War, implementation of the republican targeted program on movement of citizens from the failing housing stock. The keynote report was made by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin. The Minister began with the issues concerning compliance with the occupational safety requirements on construction sites. The Prime Minister again paid his attention to the necessity to clean up construction sites. I.E. Faizullin reported that the Federal State Statistics Service summarized the four months of the year of 2012 in the Russian Federation. The Republic of Tatarstan with the housing capacity equal to 785,7 thousand square meters got the third place among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the first place in Volga federal district.

As of June 1st, 2012, 897,2 thousand square meters of housing was put into operation (36% of the annual task) including in terms of housing programs: social mortgage loan programs equal to 169.2 thousand square meters (35% of the plan); construction of investment apartment houses equal to 313,5 thousand square meters (32% of the plan); individual housing construction programs equal to 414,5 thousand square meters (40% of the plan).

Following the results of the five months 23 municipal units realized the plan of commissioning of housing for more than 40%. Moreover, 6 municipal units such as Buinsky, Apastovsky, Laishevsky, Tukayevsky, Mendeleyevsky, Sabinsky realized the plan of commissioning of housing for more than 70%.

In the Republic of Tatarstan 134 residential houses for 608 veterans of the Second World War are being constructed: according to GISU (Main investment construction administration) title 102 residential houses for 148 veterans are being constructed, according to GZhF (State housing facilities) title – 32 residential houses for 460 veterans. It is essential to complete the construction and get the veterans who received grants in 2012, move into new houses in August 2012.

The second part of the report was devoted to the failing housing stock elimination program in 2012. The total number of the apartment houses to be included in the main program in 2012 is 77 houses.

Executive committees of some districts together with construction customers perform the work for construction of apartment houses to be used within the framework of the program on movement of citizens from the failing housing stock under the terms required by Law.

At the moment an additional program on movement of citizens from the failing housing stock in 2012 is considered in the Fund. 3 municipal districts (Agryzsky and Vysokogorsky municipal districts, Kazan city) take part in the program. The total number of the apartment houses to be included in the additional program in 2012 is 31 houses.

Total amount of financing for the Additional Program is 110,23  mln. rubles.
