The State corporation – the Fund assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities admitted 2 requests of the Republic of Tatarstan for financial support to be granted by the Fund to carry out major repairs in apartment houses as well as to move citizens from the failing housing stock.
It is to be recalled that the Fund assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities increased the limit of its financial support for some constituents of the Russian Federation including the Republic of Tatarstan, in the framework of the implementation of regional targeted programs on the restructuring of housing and public utilities depending on the efficiency of the work being done.
According to the request for financial support to be granted by the Fund to implement the program on major repairs in apartment houses the Republic of Tatarstan expects to receive 211, 02 million rubles from the Fund resources. These funds will be used to carry out major repairs in apartment houses in Kazan city as well as in Almetyevsky and Laishevsky municipal areas.
According to the second request the Republic of Tatarstan expects to receive 60,47 million rubles from the Fund resources to implement the republican targeted program on movement of citizens from the failing housing stock. The specified funds are to be used to move citizens from the failing housing stock in Kazan city as well as in Agryzsky and Vysokogorsky municipal areas.
In 2008-2012 the Republic of Tatarstan received 11,32 billion rubles from the Fund assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities to implement the program on major repairs in apartment houses and to move citizens from the failing housing stock, and the Republic co-funded 18,54 million rubles. These funds were used to carry out major repairs in 7 150 apartment houses inhabited by 1 432 333 people, as well as to provide 4 784 people who used to live in 303 failing houses, with new apartments.
According to the applicable law the requests of the Republic of Tatarstan are to be considered by the Fund Executive Board within a month.
