The Program “Development of training resource centers based on field primary and secondary education institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan” was presented in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today a republican internal meeting concerning the development of training resource centers within the territory of the Republic was held today in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The relevance of the subject is caused by the existing lack of qualified working staff in the construction sector of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the meeting the worked out Program “Development of training resource centers based on field primary and secondary education institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan” was presented, main issues of operation of training resource centers were discussed and directions for development were specified.

The aim of the Program on development of specialized training resource centers within the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan is to arrange a financially effective base for preparation, adaptation and integration of experts for the construction sector into the market.

As a result of the Program implementation it is expected to decrease the lack of the qualified working personnel for the construction sector, and to increase the quality of construction and installation works and the level of labor culture. Among the participants of the meeting there were the representatives of ministries of education and science, labor, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan as well as heads of education institutions, enterprises producing construction materials, construction organizations and field social structures.
