Major repairs completed in 125 apartment houses of the Republic

Today a follow-up videoconference meeting concerning the implementation of the Federal Law of 21/07/2007 No. 185-FZ “On the Fund assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities” in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012 and major repairs in schools. The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan. The key report was given by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin. The Minister started with the issue concerning major repairs in apartment houses.

As of June 7th, 2012 all sources transferred 2 billion 61 million rubles to the accounts of the Management Company and the Homeowners Association, that is equal to 47% of the annual limit. All municipal units transferred the Fund’s resources and the Republic’s resources (30%) the accounts of the Management Company and the Homeowners Association.

According to the information given by the State Housing Inspection the repairs has been started in all houses (100%). As of June 8th, the major repairs have been completed in 125 houses in 24 municipal units. There is more than 20% delay in the work schedule of 5 houses in Chistopolsky and Yutazansky municipal districts.

I.E.Faizullin mentioned that at the present moment the additional republican targeted Program on major repairs in apartment houses in 2012 is being defended in the Fund. Almetyevskoye and Laishevskoye municipal units as well as Kazan city participate in the Program. According to the Program 65 apartment houses with total area of 0,65 mln. square meters  are to be repaired, and more than 26 thousand citizens will improve their housing conditions.

The amount of financing of the additional program on major repairs in apartment houses in 2012 equaled to 370 mln. 273 thous. rubles: the Fund resources – 211 mln. 015 thous. rubles; funds of municipal units budgets – 124 mln. 836 thous. rubles;  owners’ funds – 34 mln. 423 thous. rubles.

The report also touched upon a question on the implementation of the program on the double-pressure boiler installation and the program “Pure water”.

The second part of the report was devoted to two social projects implemented by the constructors: major repairs in schools and construction of village first-aid stations.

Upon the completion of the meeting I.Sh.Khalikov again paid his attention to the necessity to solve the issue concerning the release of the information to management companies.  He said that the approaches should be clear for all parties participating in the process.
