The issue concerning the standards approval was discussed in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Science

Today a kickoff meeting concerning the establishment and the determination of the standards for public utilities services consumption by the population of the Republic was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing A.M.Frolov. The representatives of committees of municipal units and organizations rendering water supply and water disposal services took part in the meeting.

In connection with the adoption of the Federal Law of 27/07/2010 No. 237-FZ, according to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 2/12/2010 No. 976 the authorities to approve the standards for public utilities services consumption (except for gas supply and power supply) were related to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.

By August 1st, 2012 the resources supplying organizations are required to submit the standards for public utilities services consumption (heating, hot and cold water supply, water disposal) to the Ministry for consideration and approval. The calculations must be made according to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 23/05/2006 No. 306 in later decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation of 28/03/2012 No. 258 “On introduction of amendments in Rules for establishment and determination of standards for public utilities services consumption”.
