1 million 33.9 thousand square meters equal to 41.7 % of annual amount were put into operation in the Republic of Tatarstan
The housing construction program of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013 was developed item-by-item in the amount of 2 million 321 thousand square meters. Among them 20 % are included in the social mortgage program; investment apartment housing – 41%; low rise housing construction – 39%. This information was given today by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the republican meeting concerning commissioning of housing and housing construction for veterans.
The video-conference meeting was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipal areas in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As of June 30, 2012 1 million 33.9 thousand square meters of housing were put into operation (41.7 % of annual amount) in the Republic of Tatarstan. Following the results of the first half of the year 25 municipalities completed the plan of housing commissioning for more than 50 %, moreover five areas (Agryzsky, Apastovsky, Buinsky, Laishevsky, Tukayevsky) completed the annual plan for more than 80 %. Thus 12 municipal areas completed the plan less than for 30 %.
As of June 30, 2012 according to the program of the State housing stock under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan (GZhF RT) 202 houses including 3 334 thousand apartments with a total area of 203 500 thousand square meters were put into operation, moreover according to the program of agro-industrial complex 134 houses with a total area of 14 700 thousand square meters were put into operation. Among 54 objects of the social mortgage program being constructed and planned to be commissioned in 2012, 34 objects are entirely completed; 17 objects are at the level of average degree of readiness; and three objects are at the level of low degree of readiness.
The construction of 117 houses for 601 veterans of the Second World War is being continued in the Republic, including: according to GISU title – 83 houses for 91 veterans, according to GZhF title – 34 houses for 510 veterans. As Irek Faizullin reported the Republic received the next tranche in the amount of 1 billion 83 million 858 thousand rubles. These funds will be directed to provide 1 000 veterans with housing. At the present moment the lists of the veterans were sent to municipalities for their updating and carrying out the corresponding work with the veterans in order to choose new housing. The Head of Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan also mentioned that six veterans (according to the previous monetary tranche) had not choose the housing yet.
As to the construction of rural clubs in the Republic, according to Irek Faizullin the delay was indicated at 10 objects. In Almetyevsky, Zelenodolsky and Muslyumovsky areas the contractors involved in construction of rural clubs have already been suspended from work. The Head of Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan asked to take measures during a period of 10 days against other contractors who did not cope with the amount of work. According to him July, 15 is a due date when bricklaying and other works should be completed at objects, then it is necessary to proceed to engineering infrastructure and site improvement.
In the course of the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov ordered to suspend the contractors who do not cope with the offered amounts of works and disrupt the terms, from work. Rustam Minnikhanov said that it concerned both the construction of objects of social mortgage, and the construction of rural clubs. According to him, today there are no problems with financing of the objects.
