3 billion 475 million rubles equal to 80% of the annual limit were used for major repairs in residential houses in the Republic of Tatarstan

Major repairs were completed in 215 of 849 apartment houses included in the program on major repairs in 2012, in 30 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan. At the same time acceptance certificates were signed by the State Housing Inspection (GZhI) only for 28 houses.
Such information was given ​​today at the republican videoconference meeting held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan with all municipal districts of the Republic.
The meeting was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov who was in Naberezhnye Chelny city, took part in the videoconference meeting.
A report was made by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan  Irek Faizullin.
According to the GzhI data, as of July 6th, 2012 a total amount of 3 billion 475 million rubles equal to 80% of the annual limit were used for major repairs.
Aktanyshsky, Apastovsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Pestrechinsky and Tyulyachinsky municipal areas completely used the funds allocated to them. At the same time GzhI approved acts КС-2 for 51% of the work performed.

As of July 6, 2012 2 billion 493 million rubles equal to 57% of the annual limit were transferred from all the sources to the accounts of management companies and homeowners associations.
In 2012 5 thousand 92 apartments will be switched over to per-apartment heating (double-pressure boiler) in the Republic of Tatarstan. The works are carried out according to the approved schedule. 18 contractors are involved on sites. Design and estimate documentation was prepared for 3 thousand 430 apartments (or 68%), installation works for the construction of frontal gas pipelines for 3 thousand 430 apartments (or 68%) were completed, and indoor gas systems for 3 thousand 119 apartments (or 61%) and heating systems for 1 thousand 997 apartments (or 39%) were installed.
Overall installation of the equipment was carried out in 1 thousand 928 apartments (or 37.9%).
