1 million 161 thousand 300 square meters of housing equal to 47% of the annual targeted amount were commissioned in the Republic of Tatarstan

Today a follow-up videoconference meeting concerning the construction and the commissioning of housing, the provision of housing for the veterans of the Second World War, the implementation of the Republican targeted program on citizens movement from the failing housing stock was held in the Government House by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin. Traditionally the report began with the issues concerning safety measures on building sites.

 

As of July 13th 2012, 1 million 161 thousand 300 square meters of housing (47 % of the annual amount) were commissioned in the Republic. 159 houses for 745 veterans of the Second World War are being constructed in the Republic. It is essential to finish the construction of the houses and to settle the veterans who received subsidies in January, 2012, in August 2012.

 

The second part of the report touched upon the issues concerning the program of the elimination of the failing housing stock in 2012. A total number of apartment houses to be demolished according to the major program is 77.

 

Executive committees of a number of areas carry out the work together with construction customers on construction of apartment houses for the subsequent realization of apartments according to the program on citizens movement from the failing housing stock under the conditions defined by the legislation.
