The program on major repairs completed by 87% in the Republic of Tatarstan

Works on major repairs of apartment houses in the Republic of Tatarstan have been completed for a total amount of 3.8 billion US dollars equal to 87% of the annual limit. This data was presented today at the videoconference meeting chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

 

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin reported that 340 houses in 39 districts had been completely repaired. Among them GZhI (State Housing Inspection) signed acceptance certificates for 63 houses in 15 municipalities. Overall on the average in the Republic of Tatarstan the State Housing Inspection approved acts for 56% of the work performed.

 

2.92 billion rubles equal to 62% of the annual limit were transferred from all sources to the accounts of managing companies and homeowners associations.

 

 Irek Faizullin also reported on the repair of facades and roofs of apartment houses located along the traffic route of the Universiade 2013 in Kazan. In these routes there are 240 facilities requiring repairs. Currently works are being carried out at 174 sites equal to 73% of the total amount.

 

The program of renovation of facades and roofs of houses located along the traffic routes of the Universiade includes 15 houses which are objects of cultural heritage, and the permit of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan is required in order to perform works at these objects. Among the above mentioned houses 7 objects need the survey examining the condition of buildings, the preparation of appropriate design documentation and carrying out the state historical and cultural expertise. In this regard Irek Faizullin asked to postpone the completion of the works at these objects to the end of 2012.

 

In general, the Minister said that the works on all republican construction programs had been organized and are carried out according to the schedules.
