In terms of housing commissioning in the first half of 2012 the Republic of Tatarstan took the first place in Privolzhsky Federal District and the third place among the Russian regions

Today a videoconference meeting on housing construction and commissioning, provision of the veterans of the Second World War with housing, implementation of the Republican targeted program on citizens movement from failing housing stock under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan         R.N. Minnikhanov and with the participation of Prime Minister of the Republic Tatarstan I.Sh.Halikov took place in the Government House. A report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan  I.E.Faizullin. Traditionally the report was begun with the issues of safety provision on construction sites.

 

As of July 27th, 2012 1 million 239 thousand square meters of housing (50% of the annual amount) was commissioned in the Republic. According to the Federal State Statistics Service the Republic took the third place among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the first place in Privolzhsky Federal District in terms of housing commissioning. 167 houses for 744 veterans of the Second World War are being built in the Republic.

 

 

As of July 27th, 2012 according to the program of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan (GGhF) 222 houses for 4 thousand 125 apartments with a total area of  ​​250 thousand 700 square meters have been commissioned, and including according to the Agro-Industrial Complex program 142 houses with a total area of ​​15 thousand 700 square meters have been commissioned.  Among the 42 objects of social mortgage program being constructed and scheduled to be commissioned in the third and fourth quarters of 2012, the degree of readiness of the objects is the following: 29 objects have a high degree of readiness; 11 objects have an average degree of readiness, and 2 objects have a low degree of readiness.

 

During the meeting there was considered the issue on housing provision for certain categories of citizens. As of today the Ministry filed and submitted 43 certificates to be implemented in local governments, of which there are 27 certificates for Chernobyl cleanup veterans, and 16 certificates are for internally displaced persons.
