Major repairs completed in 452 houses of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today a follow-up videoconference meeting on the implementation of the Law of the Russian Federation of 21/07/2007 No.185-FZ “On the Fund assisting the restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities”, major repairs in schools, construction, repairs and modernization of medical stations took place in the Government House. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov chaired the meeting.   First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan R.F. Muratov participated therein. The keynote report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin. As usual he began his report with the issues on safety compliance at facilities.

Work on major repairs in apartment houses have been completed for a total amount of 4 billion 48 million rubles equal to 93% of the annual limit. Aktanyshsky, Apastovsky, Arsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Mamadyshsky, Pestrechinsky, Spassky and Tyulyachinsky municipalities have fully used the funds allocated to them.

Major repairs have been completed in 452 houses in 43 municipalities. Among them GZhI signed acceptance certificates for 100 houses in 21 districts.

3 billion 169 million rubles equal to 67% of the annual limit (taking into account the additional program) were transferred from all the sources to the accounts of management companies and homeowners associations. All areas transferred the resources of the Fund to the fullest extent.   14 municipalities did not transfer the funds of the Republican budget received on the accounts of the local budgets, to the fullest extent. Transfer of the funds of the local budgets amounts to 67% of the limit for a year.

Facades and roofs of apartment houses located in the hospitality zone of the World Summer Universiade 2013 are being repaired in Kazan. Along the traffic route of the Universiade there are 240 facilities requiring repairs. Currently the work is being carried out at 182 facilities that are 76% of the total amount.

Separately the report touched upon the issue concerning the program of the transfer of houses to per-apartment heating, “Pure Water” program, construction, repairs and major repairs of  health care facilities of  “primary health care”.

Commenting on the part of the report devoted to major repairs in schools the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov paid the attention of the heads of the territories to the necessity to fulfill all the repair liabilities. He noted that it is unallowable to leave the contractors without the money for the work carried out by them.

Currently, major repairs are being carried out in all schools.
