A videoconference meeting on the implementation of state programs held in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan

A videoconference meeting with municipal areas on the implementation of state programs supervised by the Ministry was held today in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan R.K.Karimov. Experts of the Ministry and representatives of municipal units of the Republic participated in the meeting.

Among the issues discussed there were the following: major repairs in apartment houses, citizens movement from the failing housing stock, development of heating supply schemes, improvement of burial places (cemeteries).

A report on the implementation of the program on major repairs in apartment houses and educational facilities was made by Head of the Department of development and implementation of programs in housing and public utilities and at social and cultural facilities I.A. Ziganshin. In his report he recalled that the deadline for completion of the program on major repairs in schools is August 15th, 2012. As of today, the acceptance committee was held in Alekseyevsky, Nizhnekamsky, Novosheshminsky, Laishevsky, Muslyumovsky, Rybnoslobodsky areas and six schools in Kazan.

A report on the development of heating supply schemes in municipal units of the Republic of Tatarstan was made by Head of the Department for reforming and modernization of housing and public utilities V.B.Tarasov. During his speech R.K. Karimov said that all municipal units must promptly resolve emerging issues and timely provide all necessary information on the development of heating supply, water supply and water disposal schemes.


Leading consultant of the Waste Management Department V.N. Puganova reported on the implementation of the republican program on annual co-financing of the costs for maintaining burial places. As of today a positive work on the implementation of measures for improvement of burial places was carried out in Arsky, Bugulminsky, Kukmorsky, Kaibitsky, Mamadyshsky, Mendeleyevsky, Nurlatsky and Chistopolsky areas.
