As of August 16th, 2012 major repairs were carried out for a total amount of 4 billion 155 million rubles equal to 95 percent of the annual limit. This was announced today during the Republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan chaired by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov.
Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin reported that Aktanyshsky, Almetyevsky, Apastovsky, Arsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Mamadyshsky, Nurlatsky, Pestrechinsky, Spassky and Tyulyachinsky municipal areas had fully used the funds allocated thereto.
Major repairs in 639 houses were completed. Acceptance certificates for 157 houses in 25 municipal areas were signed by the State Housing Inspection.
Speaking of the additional program on major repairs in apartment houses the Head of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan recalled that in accordance with the program it was planned to renovate 65 apartment houses with a total area of 0.65 million square meters. Therefore more than 29 thousand citizens will improve their living conditions.
It is planned to replace 231 elevators, renovate 95 run meters of indoor water disposal utilities, 102 square meters of indoor power supply utilities, 360 square meters of roofs, and insulation of 440.8 square meters of facades.
As of August 16th, 2012 major repairs according to the additional program were completed for a total amount of 7 million rubles equal to 2 percent of the annual limit.
As of August 16th, 2012 3 billion 405 million rubles equal to 72 percent of the annual limit (taking into account the additional program) were transferred to the accounts of Management Companies and Home Owners’ Associations.
As of August 15th, 2012 1 billion 126 million rubles equal to 91 percent of the forecast for 7 months were transferred to the accounts of the Major Investment Construction Department.
At the beginning of the meeting the Head of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan noted that the builders had not much time before the end of the construction season. “Those who have any delay must eliminate them as quickly as possible”, he said.
During the meeting there was considered the issue on the accomplishment of the provisions of the law governing the disclosure of information by management organizations. Unfortunately there are many organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan which did not disclose their information. Ildar Khalikov stressed that the relevant law had come into force in 2010. “The time of persuasion has passed. There is a legal discipline. In all cases the deviation should be followed by the punishment being executed”, said the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan.
