Construction work is being carried out in the Yashlek microdistrict in Kuyuki

The participants in shared construction of the Pestrechinsky district will receive the treasured keys of their apartments in October.  The Yashlek residential complex in the village of Kuyuki in the Pestrechinsky district in Tatarstan received a green light to complete the construction. Now work is underway at the facility, four houses will be commissioned in October. “Today, according to the new developer, represented by the head of the "Briz" construction company, we were assured that the four houses that are here will be completed by the end of October. At this point, issues on road networks, water and gas supply will be resolved. They will carry out electricity,” - said Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan at a meeting with residents. Currently, there are six unfinished facilities in the Yashlek residential complex, which are included in the RT roadmap to address the problems of defrauded equity holders. Construction and installation work began at the facilities. “Today, roof restoration works are being carried out on the territory of these houses, gasification of houses is being prepared and improvement of the surrounding area is beginning,” - said Andrei Belyakov, director of "Briz". He noted that the construction is planned to be completed in October of this year, then more than a hundred families will be able to get the keys to their apartments.
