Heads of Executive Committees are recommended to get the issue of coordination and approval of master plans under personal control

Today a meeting on the development of the documents for territorial planning of municipalities of the Republic took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan V.N.Kudryashev. Representatives of design organizations and municipalities participated in the meeting.

As of today, the Republic is completing the development of territorial planning schemes for municipal districts. Master plans of settlements are being developed and approved. During the videoconference V.N.Kudryashev drew the attention of representatives of municipalities to the necessity to complete the development and approval of the documents for territorial planning by the end of the year, and noted that the development of these documents is both the right and the duty of heads of municipalities.

The materials of the developed documents will be sent to municipalities in accordance with the set schedule. The received materials of the master plans must be placed on official websites of municipalities, considered at public hearings and coordinated in accordance with the established procedure before they are approved.
 
During the meeting V.N. Kudryashev recommended the heads of executive committees of municipalities to get the issue of coordination and approval of master plans within the established time limit under their personal control.
