A new capital construction control system presented to construction market participants

A meeting on the issues of information-analytical system “Capital construction control” took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing I.E. Faizullin. Representatives of industrial enterprises and experts of the Ministry of Construction participated therein.

The system developed under the leadership of the State public Institution “Glavinveststroi RT” is designed to provide a common information platform for all construction market participants. During the meeting the operation of a unit of the national program on major repairs in schools was demonstrated. The system allows not only choosing material or service and determining its compliance with market prices, but also accelerating the process of a transaction between a customer and a contractor, cost estimating and accepting Acceptance Certificates for construction facilities by submitting them in electronic form.

The participants considered and discussed the system and expressed their opinion of the subject of the meeting.
