Today a regular Republican videoconference meeting on the implementation of the law of the Russian Federation No. 185-FZ of 21/07/2007 “On the Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities” in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012, major repairs in schools as well as some other social projects implemented by the construction complex of the Republic was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov in the Government House. Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov participated therein. Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin made a keynote report. He noted that according to GZhI major repairs had been completed for a total amount of 4 billion 263.03 million rubles equal to 97.85% of the annual limit.
Aksubayevsky, Aktanyshsky, Alekseyevsky, Almetyevsky, Apastovsky, Arskiy, Bavlinsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Zelenodolsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky, Kukmorsky, Leninogorsky, Mamadyshsky, Nurlatsky, Pestrechinsky, Spassky, Tyulyachinsky municipal areas and N.Chelny city have fully used the funds allocated to them.
Major repairs have been completed in 828 houses in 35 municipalities. GZhI signed acceptance certificates for 439 houses in 36 areas.
According to the additional programs major repairs have been completed for a total amount of 48 million rubles equal to 13% of the annual limit.
The second part of the report was devoted to the renovation of facades and roofs of apartment houses located in the hospitality area of the World Summer Universiade 2013. There are 197 objects requiring repairs. At the moment 190 objects equal to 96% of the total amount are being repaired under the control of the Major Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan and Kazan city.
The report also contained the information on the implementation of programs on double-pressure boilers installation and the program “Pure Water”, as well as the construction, minor and major repairs of “primary health care” facilities and major repairs in schools.
After Minister I.E. Faizullin completed his report the President drew the attention of the heads of the areas to the necessity to start heat supply especially in institutions connected with children's upbringing and education.
