The Republic is completing the construction of problem objects of shared housing construction. Since the beginning of the year three residential buildings with a total area of 20.8 thousand square meters for 249 shareholders have been commissioned in Kazan. As of today, the register of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation includes 20 objects of shared construction for 2483 apartments with a total area of 178.9 thousand square meters for 1593 real estate investors. Construction and installation works are being carried out at all the objects, and authorized bodies for monitoring and supervision of shared constriction are taking all measures to keep the construction rates and commission the objects by the end of 2012.
