Autumn Construction Forum starts in Kazan

Today the 14th International “Autumn Construction Forum” started in Exhibition Centre “Kazan Fair”. The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.S.Akhmetshin.

This year the forum includes such specialized exhibitions as “Engineering services in buildings and structures”, “Habitation” and “Real Estate Fair in Tatarstan”. “The Forum becomes an important event in the Republic, we should communicate, and our developers have to see what to strive for”, said A.S.Akhmetshin.

A workshop “Evaluation of real estate. The interrelation among the three approaches to the evaluation (comparative, profitable and unprofitable)” as well as a round table discussion on “Risks when buying real estate: how to ensure a transaction security” took place on the first day of the exhibitions.
